Oddschecker tips for every race at Chepstow on Thursday.

Karakoram appeared to relish the step up to 3m when successful at Taunton last week, and he won this race 12 months ago so shouldn't be underestimated under a 7lb penalty. That said, preference is for BIG BLUE MOON, who made an immediate impact when switched to handicaps, going in at Carlisle on Sunday. Cameron Iles' claim negates the penalty incurred for that victory and he should have more to offer. Tuesday's Plumpton winner Brown Bullet is another to consider. Prediction : 1st Big Blue Moon 2nd Karakoram 3rd Brown Bullet

Plenty of these would need to improve on what they've shown so far but that can't be said for NELL'S BELLS, who was a winner at Wetherby on Boxing Day. She posted a below-par effort at Sedgefield a month later, but a return to form would make her hard to oppose. Internet Biddy wasn't disgraced on her hurdling debut at Lingfield and she could take a step forward along with Oakley Dancer, who was a position in front of her in third.Prediction : 1st Nells Bells 2nd Internet Biddy 3rd Oakley Dancer

Stellar Stream remains open to further improvement following his breakthrough Hereford triumph and an opening mark of 106 wouldn't appear to be insurmountable, while Our Bill's Aunt remains in good form and she's likely to throw down a stern challenge too. However, preference is for LEADING SWOOP. Robert Walford's charge posted an improved effort when narrowly denied at Fontwell in January and he could go one better now tackling further.Prediction : 1st Leading Swoop 2nd Stellar Stream 3rd Our Bills Aunt

DOCK ROAD has done well since joining the Robbie Llewellyn stable and the step up to a marathon trip could be just what the doctor ordered as he attempts to get off the mark over fences. As long as he handles the ground, the seven-year-old can see off the likes of Don Herbager and Checkitout, who is now 10lb below his last winning mark.Prediction : 1st Dock Road 2nd Checkitout 3rd Don Herbager
15:45 Chepstow
BARRIER PEAKS has put together quite the winning sequence in recent months and there is no reason why he can't continue his forward momentum. An 8lb rise for his most recent success at Uttoxeter looks manageable and he may have too much for Weaver's Answer, who is likely to improve for the step up in trip. Others to note include Immortal Fame, Justshortofabubble and Rockinastorm.Prediction : 1st Barrier Peaks 2nd Weavers Answer 3rd Justshortofabubble

The unexposed PATIENT OWNER has adapted well to chasing and with his stamina proven after two placed efforts over this sort of trip, he looks the first port of call in a race where durability and jumping prowess will come under scrutiny on the forecast going. Imperial Joe is an obvious danger after his victory at Taunton three weeks ago, while Ballybreen has a live chance from down in the weights and is dangerous to rule out.Prediction : 1st Patient Owner 2nd Imperial Joe 3rd Ballybreen
16:55 Chepstow
The nicely-bred SWEET CARYLINE is introduced at a realistic level and might be worth chancing in her bid to get off the mark at the first time of asking. She's out of a hurdles winner over two miles and, with her stable back amongst the winners, she ticks the right boxes. Chosen Hero is the pick of those with previous experience but a penalty makes this tougher. Bethka raced too freely at Ascot and may do better now she is more experienced. Prediction : 1st Sweet Caryline 2nd Chosen Hero 3rd Bethka

Former point-to-pointer Queen Annie is a half-sister to Listed bumper winner Bonttay and should be lot wiser after she posted a respectable fourth on debut at Uttoxeter. However, she lacked a change of gear at the business end that day and is not without flaws. With that in mind, the well-bred COTONEASTER, whose dam was a smart hurdler and chaser, could represent better value and she looks a more sporting option. Tintagel Queen and Pip Away complete the shortlist.Prediction : 1st Cotoneaster 2nd Queen Annie 3rd Tintagel Queen
