There is a good chance KINGMANIA has more to offer over a mile and I think she might be worth chancing at Southwell on Thursday night. The yard are in terrific form with James Ferguson operating at a 43% strike rate in the past fortnight too. This mare by Kingman caught the eye finishing strongly on final start for Chris Wall over 7f at Newmarket. She was nearest finish that day and the form has worked out pretty well since.

She remains lightly raced and back up to a mile dropped 2lb could be ready to strike. Athmad is in great form at the moment winning over C&D before following up at Wolverhampton. He was denied a head up 5lb last time though and probably needs everything to go right off this mark. Francesi is also worth a mention as he missed by just a head last time and won’t mind dropping back in trip here.
