A son of Sea The Stars, who won his maiden on a soft surface, he represents a stable in great form and could be the one to beat.

CRIMSON SAND found only a progressive rival too good over 5f at Chelmsford and a first-time hood could help settle Simon Earle's gelding over this stiffer test. Beyond Equal wasn't disgraced on his return to action when beaten just under three lengths at the Essex venue and the eight-year-old could prove the biggest threat now switched to the turf. Lil Guff also reverts to the grass and completes the shortlist.

Lunarscape faces a more realistic task than she did in an Ayr Group 3 and is another to consider now entering handicaps off what seems a fair mark.
