It is still relatively early days for GLORY BRIDGE so he might be worth chancing to finally open his account over hurdles. He was well backed on hurdles debut following his Sedgefield bumper win but looked a big baby wandering around under pressure and just finding the occasion all too much. He still looked to lack experience when fourth at Sedgefield but showed improved form following a wind op to chase home Parramount at Doncaster. He was subject to a gamble again at that venue back in February but looked a bit awkward under pressure finishing second. That was still a good run though and the winner Ivetwiggedit won his next two starts to give the form plenty of substance. He again shaped well at Wetherby last time and this looks easier. I think he is strengthening up all the time and he might be able to see his race out better here. The danger is probably last time out winner Scherboboalob but a 5lb rise will demand more.
