This is a competitive renewal but I’m looking forward to seeing RAGE OF BAMBY back out for Eve Jonson Houghton. This Saxon Warrior filly looked quite exciting winning her first two starts before running a big race in defeat when third to Commissioning at Newmarket. She disappointed on final start in the Oh So Sharp Stakes but given plenty of time since and dropping back down to 6f she could easily resume her progress in these calmer waters.

She won fresh last season so there shouldn’t be any issues fitness-wise and with the yard going well she should go close. Believing was fifth to the impressive Mammas Girl at Newmarket on return and back down in trip looks the danger. Lady Hamana ran in France last month so should come on for that but still might need more to come out on top. Marine Wave remains unexposed and is another one to watch out for on reappearance.
