With 4 of his 5 career wins coming at this track the likeable GREY FOX could take a bit of beating at Windsor on return. He won first time out here a couple of years ago so goes well fresh and has undergone wind surgery since last seen which should help too. That form beating Savrola here over a mile towards the end of last season has been franked since with the latter winning first time out and as long as he gets away on terms and doesn’t have too much to do he should be coming home well. Tamarama ended last season on a high winning well over this trip at Chelmsford and having switched yards since could still be open to further improvement so looks the danger. Dal Mallart won 3 times last year but usually needs her first run back so it will be interesting to see how she runs with an eye to the future.
