This son of Telescope acquitted himself well in bumpers and has looked a work in progress so far over timber. He lacked fluency when fourth behind Ioupy Collonges at Chepstow back in February and then freshened up ran much better when fifth at Kempton at the start of the month. He was given a lot to do that day and while he was never going the pace of the leaders he did seem to jump better. That form is pretty solid and if he steps forward again he could prove the answer in a winnable contest like this. Trick Of The Tail is bred to be pretty useful but was brought down at the first at Bangor and was lame after. If none the worse here could threaten.
