This could be a good opportunity for the well bred MARKET VALUE to open her account. She failed to show a great deal on sole start as a two-year-old but that maiden has worked out notably well since. I thought she shaped much better on reappearance to finish third at Haydock last month and if building on that again stepping up further in trip she must have a great chance.

Bosc Girl was only beaten a length and a half on debut when third at Newcastle and with natural improvement is probably the biggest danger in the field. Kingman filly Beautifulasalways was slowly into stride on debut and raced too keenly throughout but kept on for third and should do better so is another one to note in a race that will likely throw up a few winners moving forward.

Aidan O’Brien often targets a good one at this race having won three of the past five renewals with the likes of Caravaggio, Sioux Nation and So Perfect. He fires just one bullet this time around in the shape of THE ANTARCTIC and this Dark Angel colt will likely be sent off favourite. He is unbeaten at the track having won well over 5f here as a two-year-old and while he was a little underwhelming on reappearance he should come on plenty for that and back on better ground should be able to reverse that form with Ocean Quest.

His form last year speaks volumes and if back on song will take all the beating. Ocean Quest clocked a career best last time so is a filly on the up herself and is probably still the danger. Shartash has ground to make up but could still be best of the rest.
