This should be a decent race and I did find it hard to oppose True Legend with Sir Mark Prescott going so well but he had everything go his way last time and with plenty of pace on I don’t think he’ll get away with that again especially pulling as hard as he did. I’m keen to side with PROSPER LEGEND who impressed winning so readily up to a mile and a half for the first time at Catterick last week. He looks to have stamina in abundance so the extra yardage here could easily be a catalyst for further progression. An opening mark of 83 looks lenient on his handicap debut and I think he’ll take a lot of beating. Saint George defied juicy odds to win nicely at Southwell and is another colt going the right way. This does look a much better race though so he’ll certainly need to improve. Rathgar is a bit more exposed but has solid form to his name so should also get competitive.
