Watergrange Jack ran well when second at Ffos Las last month but he refused to race prior to that and 2lb higher again here I don’t think he deserves to be as short as he is in the betting. LORD CAPRIO was back to his best when last seen over hurdles winning nicely over C&D at the start of the month. He has since run up to a decent level on the Flat bumping into a good yardstick in Haizoom and is clearly in good order right now. He is 4lb higher and looks to have found the right race to follow up. Bar the top two mentioned Deluxe Range could have a squeak but only on his third to Hashtag Boum as that run at Newcastle last month would see him struggle once more. Cousu Main also has claims on his best form but again arrives with too much to prove right now.

This is a decent race for Listed level and I’m confident LUISA CASATI can confirm recent form with a few of these. She beat a good horse in Time Lock at Goodwood last month and had the likes of Thanks Monica and Voodoo Queen trailing in behind. She stayed on strongly and remains unexposed over a mile and a half given that was just her third start over the trip. Richard Kingscote is riding really well at the moment too so that would have to be another positive to her already strong claims. Golden Horn filly Caius Chorister ran well when runner-up to Bad Company and then probably improved in defeat bumping into Sheer Rocks at the Derby meeting. She is a very good yardstick and she should put up the most resistance. One Evening is also respected.
