Secret Moment did well to overcome an absence and win at Wolverhampton on return last month and he could go well back up in trip but I think OWL ISLAND represents better value. This son of Dark Angel created quite a big impression winning on debut at Chelmsford and then picked up strongly to make it 2-2 at Wolverhampton. It looked a combination of racing keenly and the fast ground that caught him out at Sandown last time and I’m willing to put a line through that.

Back on the AW and at a track he is proven at I think we’ll see a much better performance. War In Heaven showed a good attitude to hold on over a mile here last month and back down to 7f if running to that sort of form will be in the mix again. Chola Empire has also been running creditably in defeat and likely won’t be far away.
