After a promising debut run BLEAK was starting to become expensive to follow but he improved to win impressively at Lingfield last time and could really kick on now. He was always in front last time making all the running and never looked like coming back to them. He goes handicapping off a mark of 87 and should have a great chance of following up. Andaleep is a decent yardstick and he has been slowly coming back to form this season. He was only beaten a length and a half at Goodwood last time and back down to a mile and a quarter could be the danger. Super Den won at Lingfield and Chelmsford before disappointing a bit at Wolverhampton. Given time since he could have more to come so is another one to note.

Dubawi colt INTRICACY really caught the eye finishing second to Connemara Coast at Sandown last month. I thought he backed that up in defeat bumping into the progressive Lucky Fifteen at Ffos Las last time and with more to come should be able to go one better now. The handicapper has left him off the same mark and everything looks in place for a big run in first-time cheekpieces. Elraaed has already been gelded but could still be the danger after winning at Windsor last month. The second Insanity has let that form down since but he could still improve now handicapping and run well. Of the rest Lion Kingdom is a good looker who ran well when fourth at Newmarket when last seen. Freshened up he should have more to offer so is respected too.
