I have been waiting to see HAVANA BLUE again after Clive Cox pulled him out last week. Perhaps he just wanted to give him some more time but either way I remain confident he can complete the hat-trick. This Havana Grey colt has looked progressive bouncing back to win a decent handicap here on the Rowley Mile back in May.

He had to pick his way through late that day but really lengthened in good style and was strong at the finish. He followed up over 7f on this track last month and looked to hit the front too soon that day. I think his class got him home but if he can cover him up for longer stepping out to a mile we should see an even better performance. Hafeet Alain impressed making all last month and looks the most obvious danger.
