The improving RAZZAM could be ready to strike now with Mick Appleby. This three-year-old by Showcasing caught the eye a few times in defeat for Roger Varian and ran well despite racing quite keenly when third at Nottingham last time.

He drops back to 5f on stable debut and off the same mark in what looks a slightly easier race it would be no surprise to see him make the breakthrough. Hopefully he gets a nice toe into the race with potential for Amor De Mi Vida and Mick’s Spirit to push forward. Sarah’s Verse is probably the main danger but slow starts have been costing her and even with a drop in class here she wouldn’t want to give them too much of a head start. Harry With Style has won over C&D and is another one expected to run well.
