C&D winner GALLIMIMUS could be a big player returned to this venue. He ran out an impressive winner when last seen over C&D at the start of last month and that looks solid form. He has been beaten twice since but only missed a short head at Bath and then found a tactical race go against him at Lingfield. Off the same mark back at this track I’m expecting a much better display and he looks good value in the betting. Paternoster Square has been running well recently and that third at Windsor has been franked since with the runner-up Albany winning next time out at Windsor. He is the danger but no value in his price and he does have a habit of placing. Emma Emilleen is lightly raced and she could improve but she was expected to do better at Wolverhampton last time and disappointed somewhat.
