With no obvious pace on GET STUCK IN may well get a soft lead here and if he does I think he is a good bet to follow up. This son of Dark Angel took a big step forward to make a winning handicap debut at Chelmsford when last seen and given time since returning off just a 3lb higher mark he looks sure to run well. He was keen last time and made all the running unchallenged. Similar tactics will likely be applied here and he has more potential than most in this. Sensei is a decent yardstick and she looked good winning at Redcar fresh back in May. She was beaten twice after that but certainly wasn’t disgraced and I make her the main danger. Harlem Nights was beaten less than a length at Newmarket and is another one going the right way.

I thought there was enough promise in that debut run from RICH HARRY to make him a strong play in this contest. He was only beaten a length and a quarter by more experienced rivals and given plenty went wrong in the race he did well to get as close as he did. He was slowly away and raced keenly in rear before having to switch to make headway. The fifth Royal Hussar ran a very good race to finish second next time out so the form has substance already and I think it’ll work out well enough in time. Vintage Love ran well sent off 12/1 on debut to finish fifth at Newcastle and with natural improvement looks the biggest danger. Of the rest Curious Rover also showed promise first time out and if improving is another one that could get competitive.
