He sprung a 33/1 surprise to win at Newbury up to this trip for the first time and then has done little wrong in defeat the last twice.

He bumped into Alhambra Palace at Ascot last time and that horse has won again convincingly since to boost the form. Even the sixth Bug Boy flew home from out the clouds to win at Brighton earlier in the week so it really stacks up. He is 2lb higher but could still improve again and looks the value. Of the rest Edge Of Darkness is chasing a hat-trick but this looks tougher and he is up another 4lb too.
