That debut run from SAYEDATY SADATY was hugely eye-catching missing just a nose. He ran on well at the death and was only just held by Lightning Leo. That form has been franked with the third Quatre Bras winning at Kempton earlier in the week. He managed to reverse that form when only beaten 3 and a half lengths in the Chesham and with more to come up to a mile for the first time I expect him to get off the mark now. He is bred to come into his own up to middle distances so should be hitting the line hard. Louiescall shaped with promise when third on debut at Catterick and could be the danger if improving. Alnoory won by a head at Epsom last time but this is tougher under a penalty.

With Caesars Pearl out now we only have the 5 horses heading to post for this. I think it’s another good opportunity for MISS MAI TAI to extend the winning run. She showed a good attitude to win over C&D back in May and hasn’t looked back since winning at Goodwood and then following up with a bit to spare at Lingfield last time. She still looked quite inexperienced so I can see her improving for a while yet. A 3lb rise is manageable and she should be the one to beat once more. Torfrida improved to win at just the second time of asking at Doncaster before missing narrowly at this track on handicap debut back in May. She ran a cracker beaten 2 lengths by Sophia’s Starlight at Newmarket and is the obvious danger.
