Following a promising debut run it was good to see TAKE HEART improve again to open his account at Dundalk when last seen back in March. He was sent off cramped odds so was expected to win but even so did it quite impressively drawing clear at the finish. The form of that hasn’t worked out brilliantly but he could only win as he did and stepping up to a mile and a quarter now sent handicapping he should come into his own. This looks a winnable assignment and I think he is good value against the likely favourite Mr King. The latter found plenty off the bridle to win at Roscommon last month and up 7lb should run his race. Hasten Slowly clocked a career best to win at Naas and is another one that must enter calculations.
