I know things didn’t go to plan for VIDI VICI at Bath last time finishing last but this is a really weak race and if he bounces back of what must be a lenient mark then he could be value. He showed a fair bit of promise in 3 qualifying runs and that second to Call Glory at Goodwood back in June shows he should be capable off just 55 now. Georgia Dobie claims a handy 3lb and I can see him bouncing back. Birkie Boy ran well to finish fourth behind a horse I rate in Pinpoint at Bath last time and as long as this doesn’t come soon enough he should be the danger. Another Gift wasn’t disgraced when fourth at Chepstow last month and if building on that might be able to land a blow but I do feel like she has enough to find.
