15:00 Beverley

Twilight Son filly BRANDAISY could be ready to strike at Beverley on Thursday. She was a work in progress on her first 3 starts and that was reflected in the prices she went off at 40/1, 25/1 and 66/1. She took a massive step forward to finish runner-up at Haydock on handicap debut last time and if improving again will take a lot of beating here. She was held up last time but stayed on well in the closing stages and the winner Nellie Leylax is a progressive colt so to get within a length and a half of him was a very good run. She is unexposed over this trip and should be able to open her account. Bellestarr ran her best race to date beaten just a length over C&D last time and will be the biggest danger if building on that.

The thriving GALLANT LION continues to go from strength to strength competing the hat-trick impressively at Sandown last month. He was angled out and quickened away like a smart horse when asked. A further 7lb rise obviously asks a few more questions here but he is open to improvement up slightly in trip again and with Saffie Osborne in the saddle he clearly has a great chance of landing the four-timer. Fulfilled has won 2 of his last 3 starts now and kept on well to win with a bit to spare last time so looks the danger. Graignes bolted up at Kempton when last seen and is another one interesting if transferring that form back on to turf here. He is 8lb higher though so will need to find more to come out on top.
