Even after two easy wins I had my reservations about LORDSHIP as he hadn’t really had to battle but when asked to get on top at Haydock last time he really impressed running on strongly. He is looking more and more the finished article now and even sitting as favourite for this I think there might be value in his price. He has improved 20lb now to a mark of 94 and still might have a bit in hand of the assessor. He is such a strong travelling horse who should be suited by this track and with plenty of pace on if things drop right he is the one I want to be on. Alhambra Palace is another one I have had on my radar this season and now chasing a hat-trick looks the most obvious danger. He is up another 6lb but should be capable of more so will run well. Davideo has won 2 of his last 3 and is another one that should get competitive.
