I think there is an argument to make NEW BUSINESS favourite for this so the 7/2 looks a decent bet at the time of writing. He took a big step forward to win impressively at Kempton back in June and then just raced too keenly when fourth behind Classic at Sandown. That is solid form and down 1lb now off a mark of just 86 he should take a bit of beating. There is potential for both Wild Lion and Chartwell House to go forward and that would be an ideal scenario as I think that would help him settle. Of those Wild Lion does look the danger. He beat a good yardstick in Gweedore at York and then finished a creditable fourth last time. Back down to 7f should suit and he will likely run well.

Frankel colt Task Force made a perfect start winning easily on debut but this will be much more of a test for him and he will be short enough in the betting. I prefer SEVEN QUESTIONS who has looked thoroughly progressive and is chasing a four-timer now. He did it readily at Leicester last time and even up another 8lb could be hard to stop. The form is working out well and he is a really likeable type. It is not just between the pair mentioned though as Shagraan also still has a fair bit of potential. He won easily at Windsor and while he has been beaten twice since he was highly tried behind Big Evs at Glorious Goodwood last time and will find this easier dropping back down in class.
