There was good word about for MARIE LAVEAU at Salisbury last month but it all went wrong. She broke awkwardly and then was silly keen under Kevin Stott. She continually ran into the back of other horses and just saw no gap and became unbalanced as a result. It was just one of them runs to forget and if she does put that behind her we could see a much better performance here. She is still open to plenty of improvement and should be handicapped to win a race like this. Azahara Palace has won 2 of her last 3 and even in defeat at Salisbury ran well to go down just a neck. She will go well again along with Kracking who still has potential to do better as well.
