MAGIC MEMORIES ran a good race when fourth at Windsor last time and his third at the same course a month earlier is also good form. He is down in grade and it is only a matter of time before he gets his head in front.

Leg 2 Selections: Big Brown Bear 

BIG BROWN BEAR has made the frame in three of his five starts to date and ran very well to finish third at the racing league fixture when last spotted. He wouldn’t need to improve much more to go close here.

Leg 3 Selections: Thank The Lord 

THANK THE LORD returned to winning ways at Bath in July and although he does need to cast aside a lesser effort at Lingfield from last time, it would come as no surprise to see him bounce back.

Leg 4 Selections: Line Of Fire 

A weak race which can go the way of top-weight LINE OF FIRE who is steadily improving and wasn’t beaten far at Leicester last time. She might be able to find a bit more to open her account.

Leg 5 Selections: Society Lion

SOCIETY LION took advantage of the drop in grade two starts back at Windsor and although down the field last time, he is better than that and remains well handicapped on the pick of his historical form.

Leg 6 Selections: Optiva Star 

OPTIVA STAR has been in excellent form of late, winning his last couple of starts, and should have no problem returning to this longer distance. He is capable of completing the hat-trick.
