Footstepsinthesand colt MASTER OF MY FATE created a big impression winning so impressively on debut. He was brielfy denied a run but as soon as he got daylight he came 3 lengths clear and did it very well. Hard to say if he beat much but it was still a decent effort for a horse so inexperienced. He will improve and I think he can make it a perfect 2-2 now. Love Billy Boy also won on debut before being pitched into a Listed race behind Elite Status at Sandown. Freshened up he was back to form with a big run in third behind Dragon Leader at York and will be the danger if repeating that sort of form. Of the rest Rainyniteingeorgia shaped with promise when runner-up on debut at Nottingham before doing too much too soon early on at Goodwood. She is another one to note.

Invincible Army colt INVINCIBLE AURA looks ready to win now. He ran well on debut in a race that has worked out since and then improved to finish runner-up at Windsor last time. I know the winner has struggled a bit since finishing down the field at Newmarket but it was still a decent run and it should be solid enough form in time. He has more to come tackling this extra furlong and should open his account now with Danny Tudhope getting the leg up. Blessed Boy is an interesting debutant for George Boughey and the market will be revealing as to his chance in here. The yard have just gone a bit quiet lately though and he might need the experience. Big Lou is also an intriguing debutant for Archie Watson so again definitely worth a market check but I do think the selection will put his experience to good use.
