Things didn't work out for CLUB MANAGER when well backed at Chelmsford last time but he is better judged on his Kempton win and if improving again for his first crack at a mile and three quarters he should prove the answer. He has been dropped a 1lb and back on turf looks one to keep on side at this level.
Cherry Cola has top-weight but deservedly so as she has been mega consistent this season and will probably put up the biggest challenge if in the same form that saw her go close last time. Of the rest Smokey Malone ran a cracker at Lingfield on penultimate start and will need to get back to that form to get involved here.

Ulysses colt ZOLA POWER was back to form in a big way going down just a neck at Lingfield last time. That would have pleased connections as he finished last behind Chinese Knot on handicap debut at Yarmouth and that wouldn't have been the best experience. He runs off the same mark as last time and he shaped as though the step back up to 6f will suit he should be capable of opening his account.
Buick has been booked for the ride which looks significant too. The danger is probably Churchill colt Zaman Daar who shaped with encouragement on handicap debut at Leicester and if stepping forward again can put up some resistance.
