NEW PHENOMENON ran well on her second start over an extended nine furlongs at this venue and may have found a good opportunity to open her account. The Jessica Harrington-trained filly subsequently met some interference at the Curragh and is now dropped in trip and fitted with cheek pieces. Quantum Light will certainly not lack for experience and reverts to a maiden after a number of consistent runs in handicaps. Nostringsattached hails from a yard in good form and has filled the runner-up spot on both outings this year while Ninth Life went close on the all-weather at Dundalk earlier this year and has also shown promise on turf.

Jessica Harrington has won this race for the past two years and again holds a strong hand with riding arrangements suggesting VILLAGE VOICE is preferred of her trio. The Zarak filly has shown her best form on soft ground winning a Thurles maiden and the Listed Salsabil Stakes at Navan earlier this year. She again shaped well last time over this C&D when runner-up to Jackie Oh in the Group 3 Rathbride Stakes. Sounds Of Heaven was third to Tahiyra in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot, while Starry Heavens put up a career best when landing a Listed race at Longchamp just over a fortnight ago. Course winner American Sonja also won a Listed race at Longchamp earlier this season and was just denied in the Group 3 Snow Fairy Stakes at the Curragh last time. Archie Watson's raider Pink Carnation also handles soft ground.

STORMY JENN has gained both career wins at this venue and was particularly impressive on testing ground last autumn winning by six lengths. She was only touched off on her latest Flat start at Down Royal and now reverts from hurdles with conditions likely to suit. Fools Glory also ticks boxes having won at this venue last year and handles soft ground well. Partisan Hero is progressing with racing and after a couple of placed efforts with cut in the ground, got off the mark over a mile here last week. New Hill makes a quick reappearance after being a bit unlucky in running at Punchestown on Wednesday.

PINK SORREL won a Curragh maiden in fine style over a mile on Irish Derby weekend and, having set the pace in the Listed Ruby Stakes at Killarney, only gave best inside the final furlong when fourth behind Salt Lake City. Gypsy Woman has progressed well this year winning a Roscommon maiden in decisive fashion and again forced the pace at Cork last time. However, with heavy rain forecast it's a worry that she was soundly beaten in-between on soft ground at the Curragh. Just An Hour takes a drop in class after making little impact in the Britannia at Royal Ascot. National Emblem beat Lord Massusus in a maiden over C&D last year but needs to bounce back after being soundly beaten on his latest two starts.

ASISAID has gained both wins this year on testing ground and it looks like conditions will be in his favour again. The Pat Murphy-trained gelding won on his reappearance at Leopardstown back in the spring and returned to form over this trip at Naas last time when landing a competitive 18-runner event in first-time blinkers. The form of that race received a timely boost when the third, Wrist Art, won at Punchestown on Wednesday. Bright Dick and Monzoon were both placed over C&D last week, while Whatharm comes here in good form after two solid placed efforts including behind The Fog Horn at this venue.
