Lovely Masar makes enough appeal on paper to warrant a market check ahead of her debut, as does the Charlie Johnston-trained You'vemetyourmatch. Sovereign Queen belied odds of 100/1 when filling the runner-up spot at Leicester and any further improvement would put her in the mix. However, the vote goes to HUG A TREE. Michael Bell's filly produced two solid efforts over sprint trips earlier this season, but this step up in trip could hold the key.

A half-sister to smart handicapper Spangled Mac, newcomer Gloves must enter calculations, along with Sandown fifth Enchanting.

COUNT D'ORSAY has shown enough in recent starts to suggest that he can get his head back in front, and soft ground is a major plus. One of two in the field for Tim Easterby, the seven-year-old is only 1lb above his last winning mark and gets the vote ahead of narrow Ripon winner Ey Up It's Maggie and the hat-trick-seeking Rodborough, who reverts to turf and has the assistance of Hollie Doyle in the saddle again.

Being a son of Ulysses, the step up in trip should be a major plus and he could have too much for Goodwood third Lope De Light and Man Of Monaco, who had Kintaro a couple of positions behind him when runner-up on debut at Carlisle.
