That was a very good win from CHIC COLOMBINE at Doncaster given how much ground she had to make up and she looks a filly going places. She is eyeing up a four-timer now and while this will be her toughest task to date I think she is good value to come through.

She seems to posses a potent turn of foot no matter the ground and is quite versatile tactically as well. Ideally a strong pace to run down would be a perfect scenario and she might get that here with the likes of Lexington Belle, Land Of Magic and even Adaay In Devon all likely to go forward.

Hopefully she’ll be better positioned this time and if she is she might defy a 7lb rise. Les Bleus has been highly tried recently and has been performing well so looks the danger as this is easier. Adaay In Devon is also feared but wouldn’t want to do too much early on.
