Havana Grey colt SIR GABRIAL looks worth siding with to come good here. He showed a fair bit of encouragement to go down just 3 lengths on debut and with that under his belt much better can be expected now. He was slowly away that day and looked inexperienced as you would expect first time out.

He was briefly outpaced before finding his stride late and should take a big step forward from that especially going up to a mile as well. The winner has run well since beaten just a length into second at Haydock so the form already has substance too. Manos Arriba has already been gelded but improved to finish second at Yarmouth last month and looks the obvious danger.

Unbeaten filly KAIRYU looks hard to oppose here despite not being seen since July. She ran out an impressive winner on debut back in June over the minimum trip asserting in good style in the closing stages. She was clearly well regarded as they went straight into a Group 3 next time where she beat Pearls And Rubies by just over a length.

That has produced a couple of winners since and now tackling 7f she could be up to completing the hat-trick. This is actually easier than what she faced last time as she drops down to Listed company and there shouldn't be too many excuses. Frankel filly Rising Sign made an exciting start bolting up on debut at Punchestown and she could be the danger but this is a big step up from a maiden.
