For a 7yo GARDENER is extremely lightly raced having only had 6 starts under Rules. He had just the 3 starts over hurdles last season winning at Leicester after Christmas. He was last seen finishing fourth at Hereford but his jumping let him down somewhat that day and he is better than what he showed. Given plenty of time since he has more to come in handicap company and this could be a good starting point. He ran well fresh on debut for this yard so I don’t expect fitness to be an issue and he should go close. Grain D’oudairies is also lightly raced and impressed winning at Bangor before finishing midfield at this track. With more to come he looks the biggest danger.
