Architect Tips shares Tote Placepot tips for Thursday's action at Wolverhampton and yesterday's Placepot results from Newmarket.
16:25 Wolverhampton
Leg 1 Selections: Cuban Harry, Asian Tide
CUBAN HARRY has been hitting the line with a serious flourish in all starts to date and it is only a matter of time before everything clicks and he is able to get his head in front. He can make a serious impact under the guidance of Rossa Ryan. ASIAN TIDE has showed glimpses of promise in three starts and a bigger effort could be on the cards.

Leg 2 Selections: Balmanzor, The Bitter Moose
BALMANZOR is the lowest rated of these and has plenty to find with most of his rivals but he has improved the last twice in which he has finished thereabouts. He could be set to outrun his odds, though at the opposite end of the weights, THE BITTER MOUSE is down into a class 6 for the first time in his career and the booking of Harry Davies catches the eye.
17:30 Wolverhampton
Leg 3 Selections: Crystal Dawn, The Caltonian, Liberty Breeze
CRYSTAL DAWN is a speculative choice at the forecast odds. She regularly runs this course well and her last course-and-distance win here came off a pound higher mark. She was behind a few of these last time but has a good chance at the weights. THE CALTONION seeks a hat-trick and could be hard to beat, while LIBERTY BREEZE was only beaten a neck here last time and has to be considered.

Leg 4 Selections: Squeaker
SQUEAKER is more exposed than most but she has run well in all of her four starts and the step up to a mile could bring about further improvement. She is drawn well in stall 3 and her debut second to Alshinfarah reads the best form in the field, so she has to be the choice.
18:30 Wolverhampton
Leg 5 Selections: Locked N’ Loaded, Lion Tarner
LOCKED N’ LOADED has a solid all-round record at this course and this dual course winner should be suited to the return of a mile, so he can be shortlisted. LION TARNER has been unfortunate to bump into some promising types, finishing second on a couple of occasions, and is respected back down in class.
19:00 Wolverhampton
Leg 6 Selections: Bright
A tricky little contest but BRIGHT has improved with each start and ran well when third over course-and-distance on his penultimate start before filling the runner-up spot last time at Ripon. Open to further progress, he should be competitive.
