14:04 Kelso

I’m looking forward to seeing HORACIO APPLE’S jump a fence at Kelso on Saturday. He was progressive over hurdles winning at Ayr and Bangor and has a lot of potential now switched to this sphere. He remains unexposed over this trip and I’m confident he could be a horse to follow this season for Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero.

No Regrets won 2 of his last 3 over the summer before returning with a third at Southwell. If stepping forward from that he could be the danger. Domandlouis represents an in-form yard in Lucinda Russell and he is another one who remains lightly raced and could be capable of better.

I loved that win on debut from ESQUIRE and then I thought he ran a massive race in defeat beaten less than a length at York last time. He kept digging in and pulled over 3 lengths clear with the winner Purosangue who looks a nice type. That looks pretty decent form and with testing ground likely again here and further improvement on the cards I expect him to get back to winning ways.

Ballymount Boy was thrashed when last seen in France but that did come at the top level. His form before that behind Vandeek and Indian Run is obviously decent so he could bounce back and emerge as the biggest danger.
