The way MASTER CHEWY won on chase debut was mightily impressive and if improving on that he will quite simply win again here. He merely had to be shaken up to go and settle it and cruised clear by 12 lengths at the line. He is thoroughly unexposed and will go on progressing for a while yet. Djelo has to be respected with Venetia Williams hitting form and he could be the danger if taking to this discipline but obviously lacks experience. Ukantango impressed me over hurdles but did run poorly at this track back in April. If that was just a blip he also has potential now sent chasing so is also respected.

Walk In The Park mare LIME AVENUE was impressive winning a bumper on debut so it was disappointing when she was turned over on hurdles debut at this track. She was turned over again at Exeter next time out but I don’t think she really enjoyed the deep ground. Back on a better surface she showed her true colours winning easily here on final start. Put away since and having undergone wind surgery she is open to further improvement and could follow up on return. I think running at this track is a big plus for her and I’ll be disappointed if she is beaten. Ilovethenightlife blew out at Cheltenham on final start but if proving that was a blip definitely looks the danger.
