I can see this race working out well as the season goes on but I’m hopeful FOXY GIRL can run a big race. She bumped into Liberty Dance on hurdles debut at Thurles and that form worked out nicely as she improved to win like a nice mare at Limerick next time. Freshened up she was targeted at the Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and just raced too keenly before fading.

That test probably just came a bit too soon for her but she retains potential and now handicapping could have more to offer. She is one of the most unexposed in the field and I fancy a big run. The Model Kingdom is a decent yardstick and she has some very good form in the book so looks the danger.
