HOSANNA POWER ran a debut full of promise to finish second at Doncaster last year and the son of Frankel was subsequently gelded in August before hitting the crossbar once again at Pontefract. He should have plenty of improvement to come and looks the one to beat. Indemnity has filled the runner-up spot on both of his starts too and should go well, while any market confidence behind Polling Day on his return from a long absence would also be noteworthy.

Greatgadian justified his place in the market when scoring by a neck over a mile at Newcastle last month and he could have a say off a 5lb higher mark. However, the vote goes to FORCA TIMAO, who returned from a 135-day break after a gelding operation to finish fourth at Chelmsford earlier in the month, and he could have improved plenty for the run. The son of Kessaar was also dropped 2lb for that effort, so he looks set for a big run. Storm Catcher completes the shortlist.

Regal Reality sets the standard with an official rating of 112 and Sir Michael Stoute's charge is unlikely to be far away, but SIR BUSKER is preferred. The seven-year-old hasn't been at his best since returning in September, but a likely strong gallop will suit the son of Sir Prancealot. He chased home a progressive rival in the Tandridge Stakes here in February and a return to that level of form would give him every chance. Others to note include Blue Trail and Forest Of Dean.

Pink Crystal must also be respected having hit the frame in a Group 3 last time, while last year's victor Summerghand should not be written off.
