Understandably you might think I’m a bit crazy backing NURSE SUSAN here off the back of a 613-day absence jumping fences for the first time. She has clearly been a bit delicate but I thought she looked hugely promising as a novice hurdler and this strong travelling sort should make an even better chaser. This looks a good starting point and I’m willing to chance her at 9/2. I will be reassured if there is market support but either way I am taking the plunge. I was with Arclight when she won at Kempton and she looked like she took well to chasing so she should be the danger. Law Ella is another promising type who should get competitive.
