Architect Tips shares Tote Placepot tips for Tuesday's action at Chelmsford and yesterday's Placepot results from Kempton.
17:00 Chelmsford
Leg 1 Selections: Champagne Prince, Fun Loving
Rich Harry has been consistent in defeat, and first-time cheekpieces could bring about further improvement. However, he is up against some interesting newcomers. CHAMPAGNE PRINCE is related to several nice winners and could go well, while FUN LOVING also represents a stable that does well with debutants and is of interest.

Leg 2 Selections: For Real, Struck Gold
FOR REAL left all previous form behind when scoring over C&D 19 days ago and is equipped with first-time cheekpieces here. His draw is a little tricky, but he has only been nudged up 3Ib and should be thereabouts. STRUCK GOLD turned in a career-best performance at Wolverhampton just 8 days ago, and despite being hit with a 6Ib penalty, he must be competitive if in similar form.
18:00 Chelmsford
Leg 3 Selections: Pledge Of Honour, A Poet’s Secret
PLEDGE OF HONOUR gained his last success off a 5Ib higher mark and has mostly run well in defeat since. He is ideally drawn in stall 4 and should be on the premises from his reduced mark, while A POET’S SECRET won in good style at Lingfield, and although that was a weak race, he is much respected and has more to offer.
18:30 Probe
Leg 4 Selections: Probe, Night On Earth
PROBE hasn’t been at his best the last two times, but is back on the same mark after winning the Howden Handicap at Newmarket in May, and this is easier. The assessor has given him a serious chance. NIGHT ON EARTH is another with something to prove at the moment, but he still has a lot of speed, and his last win came off a much higher mark, so he heads the list of dangers.
19:00 Chelmsford
Leg 5 Selections: Ultramarine, Mokaatil
ULTRAMARINE is still winless after 20 career starts, but he has made the frame in nine of those and has continued to slide in the weights. It is only a matter of time before everything clicks and he gets his head in front. MOKAATIL has gained all of his career wins and placed efforts off higher marks and should be capable to capitalise off his basement mark soon.
19:30 Chelmsford
Leg 6 Selections: Diomed Spirit, So Sleepy
DIOMED SPIRIT returned a very good winner at Wolverhampton 49 days ago and should be able to utilise that success for further success now that he has the winning feeling. He is the one to beat here, though SO SLEEPY has been in good form these past couple of months and is on the same mark as when second last time.
