After getting briefly outpaced BROOMFIELD PRESENT came home really well for third at Exeter on return. That was his chase debut so he lacked experience but it was an encouraging performance. He should come on plenty from that and I fully expect him to open his account in this sphere now. Autonomous Cloud was progressive over fences last season capping it off with a win over C&D back in March. If he is ready to go on return he could be the danger but he will likely come on for it. Step Above also has a chance and even though there are only 4 runners I can see this race working out well going forward.

The way NIGHT AND DAY won at Clonmel at the start of the year was so impressive and I know she has gone off the rails since but she has had her issues. She has pulled up on two of her last three runs so it takes a leap of faith to back her but I still think she has serious potential. Given plenty of time since pulling up behind Shecouldbeanything at Killarney this mare remains unexposed and if Willie has her back to her best she could make a winning chase debut here. Halka Du Tabert goes well fresh and if taking to fences could be the danger. Sainte Dona has experience on side and is another one to note but will need to improve.
