Steve Ryder is back with two tips for today's action.

Gordon Elliott looks to hold a strong hand again in this race with four runners but preference goes to CALL THE TUNE (best priced at 4/1) who was only beaten a short head in the Cork National last time from 2lbs out of the handicap. The Barry Connell trained nine-year-old has finished 2nd on all three of his starts this season at Galway, Listowel and Cork shaping like this extreme trip suits him well.
Call The Tune was only beaten a short head by Sir Bob off a mark of 120 last time so a 4lb rise seems fair as the pair pulled 5 ½ lengths clear of the 3rd Glenquin Castle who reopposes. Sir Bob runs here off a 7lb higher mark so he gets a weight swing and he can hopefully record a much deserved victory.
15:10 Fairyhouse
Robcour look to hold a strong hand in many of the races today at Fairyhouse and I am hoping that FOXY GIRL (best priced at 4/1) can reverse the form from her reappearance run Down Royal. The Henry De Bromhead trained mare won a maiden hurdle at Limerick in December last year by four lengths and was only sent off 13/2 for the Mares’ Novice Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival when she finished midfield behind You Wear It Well.
Foxy Girl finished 3rd behind the reopposing Magic Tricks and The Model Kingdom but it is worth noting that she raced keenly on her reappearance that day and jumped poorly throughout the contest. That run came off a mark of 123 and with the handicapper only raising her 2lbs for that run, she should run well once again with up to six places available.
