Andrew Balding's colt kept on well after getting slightly outpaced on his debut when finishing third here over Christmas, and he can make a bold bid to go two places better. Easing in grade, MISS BLUEBELLE may well be the one to focus on after being beaten into second by two lengths over C&D in November. That form has been well advertised since, while Rogue Soldier opened his account over C&D latest and rates as the main danger.

However, off an unchanged mark, the suspicion is she may find one too good again and JUNGLE DANCE, who finished a solid fifth most recently at Southwell after being slightly short of racing room at a crucial time, is preferred. The combination of cheekpieces and a 2lb drop in the handicap can see John Butler's charge go close. Showmeagoodtime is the likely pace angle and the drop to the minimum trip may see her hit the frame.

JACQUELINA was dominant in a similar race here eight days ago and is hard to oppose despite starting from a wider stalls position. Phil McEntee's mare can confirm superiority over Basholo (third), who now has something to prove given she also finished behind the selection in a handicap at this track last month. With that in mind, previous C&D winner Embla rates a bigger threat, as she was on the back of 175-day break when a respectable fifth in a 0-60 6f handicap here just after Christmas.
