DONTSPOILASALE has been knocking on the door and wouldn't be winning out of turn. He didn't do much wrong when going down by a head to Daamberdiplomat over course and distance last month and despite a 3lb rise, should be thereabouts again. Inishmot Prince wasn't far behind the selection when fifth here last time and, on revised terms, the in-form gelding could be a danger. Dream Today is only 2lb higher after his narrow win here in late November and is another who has to have a big shout.
Prediction : 1st Dontspoilasale 2nd Inishmot Prince 3rd Dream Today

The 101-rated MAGELLAN STRAIT should prove hard to beat. The Australia gelding sprang a shock when scoring at 150/1 in the Irish Cesarewitch at the Curragh back in September and this looks like a nice opportunity to get another win under his belt. Cape Bridgewater makes his first start for the Darren Bunyan and Ger O'Leary team and looks likely to give the selection most to do. He struck for Ballydoyle when taking a Tipperary maiden last May and is rated 1lb superior to Longclaw, but gets a 5lb pull from that rival.
Prediction : 1st Magellan Strait 2nd Cape Bridgewater 3rd Longclaw

FOLLY BEACH ran well when chasing home Riyami over course and distance just before Christmas and looks capable of winning, despite a 4lb rise for that effort. The Golden Horn mare had run well over an inadequate 10 furlongs at the course previously and this looks to be her ideal trip. Gavin Cromwell has his team in fine form and English import Club Manager is one to note on his first start for the yard. He was very consistent for Andrew Balding last year. Spinning Web won over a mile and a half here in November and followed that up with a solid runner-up effort over the same trip last month. He's another for the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Folly Beach 2nd Club Manager 3rd Spinning Web

A disappointing turnout and SAN ANDREAS looks sure to be a very short price. The 100-rated performer has been a real standing dish around Dundalk and has gained five of his seven career wins here. He wasn't disgraced over a mile behind I Am Superman in a competitive handicap last month and this is a much easier task. Point Gellibrand finished well beaten on his first outing for Darren Bunyan and Ger O'Leary here just before Christmas. The Leopardstown maiden winner is a talented sort but needs to improve considerably on that showing. The once-raced maiden Bungle Inthedesert is up against it.
Prediction : 1st San Andreas 2nd Point Gellibrand 3rd Bungle Inthedesert

DROMANTINE is tried in blinkers and looks capable of scoring again off this kind of mark. The Lope De Vega filly was a solid enough third here on her last visit, behind Bride Tree, and looks to have come back down to a rating that gives her a chance of success. Chica Power was just ahead of the selection then and has since finished fifth here a week ago. She's another for the shortlist. Mullacash Buzz was a narrow winner here back in mid-November and has been freshened up since. He has Jack Cleary taking 7lb off now and could go close again.
Prediction : 1st Dromantine 2nd Chica Power 3rd Mullacash Buzz

18:30 Dundalk

LITTLE KEILEE was perhaps value for a bit more than her winning margin last time and may be able to score again. The Sioux Nation filly made all and kept on well when pressed inside the final furlong over 7f last month. Those forcing tactics seemed to work well and another furlong doesn't look a big issue now. Run The Jewels won over course and distance last time and got a hefty enough 10lb hike for that victory. He could still be a danger, despite the rise. Pierre Lapin has been knocking on the door recently and looks to have place claims again.
Prediction : 1st Little Keilee 2nd Run The Jewels 3rd Pierre Lapin

19:00 Dundalk

BRAVE THOUGHT has run well on his last two visits and can land a deserved success. The Second Thought gelding was collared close home by Cara Susanna just before Christmas and off just a 1lb higher mark, should be capable of another bold bid over course and distance. Maura's Gift is another who has been placed on her last couple of runs here and she looks like an obvious danger. Teddy's Dawn makes her first start for Ado McGuinness and the Dawn Approach filly is unexposed after just four runs in England.
Prediction : 1st Brave Thought 2nd Mauras Gift 3rd Teddys Dawn

19:30 Dundalk

NYOTA ran on well over the extended 10 furlongs here last time and looks worth a shot at this trip. The Elzaam filly was well backed and just got going a bit late. She remains fairly unexposed and has actually dropped a couple of pounds since that run. Flier ran into an improver in Old Peculier here last month and that winner has gone in again twice since. Off just a 2lb higher mark, she has to be a leading contender. Uberrima Fides ran well at a big price here last month, just losing out by a neck to Sioux Princess. He runs off just a couple of pounds higher and if repeating that effort, could get involved again.
Prediction : 1st Nyota 2nd Flier 3rd Uberrima Fides
