Back over hurdles I have decided to take a chance on MY DROGO bouncing back to form. He was obviously a hugely promising horse before he got injured and then he looked to need the run on return over fences at Aintree. Given time again since and back over timber he could surprise a few on handicap debut. He obviously carries top weight so it won’t be easy but at around 10/1 he is the right price to chance. Goshhowposh is a horse I like as well and he has won 2 of his last 3 and a further 6lb rise shouldn’t be enough to anchor him. Gowel Road is likeable and ran well when third to Nurse Susan at Lingfield and is another one I expect to get competitive in what seems to be a fairly open race on paper.
