After picking up a winner yesterday, Andy Holding is back with two tips for today's action.

BURROWS HALL (best price 5/1) paid the price for staring course specialist, Hajey, in the eye over today’s course last time out, but it was still a fair effort by Sue Smith’s inmate all the same and a chance is taken he can go one place better on his return visit now trying three miles for the first time.
Sent off a short-priced favourite following an eye-catching run at Doncaster previously, it looked like his challenge had been timed to perfection as he led on the approach to the last but the combination of a scruffy jump and challenging his main market rival on the slowest part of the track on the run-in ultimately led to his demise.
Using the evidence of that performance in isolation, you’d have to say stepping up over half a mile in distance would be a concern but the way he hit the line on Town Moor the time before kind of balances out that slight negative approach. Either way, it’s a case of nothing ventured, nothing gained and he’s a tempting enough option at the morning odds to warrant a small interest.

MY BOY JACK (best price 4/1) has had to sit and suffer since last winning at Wolverhampton last October but, with his latest effort back at the same track given out more positive signals than of late, Kevin Frost’s gelding’s barren spell may just come to an end.
Housed 8 of 8 at the Dunstall Park venue a week ago, the five-year-old was taken back in the early stages to negate his draw, and while those tactics ultimately allowed him to run on through the field to finish third, the wide trip around the outside of the field on the home turn meant he had little chance of winning.
Still, only getting beaten just over two lengths by the in-form Neptune’s Legend must go down a huge step in the right direction and now heading back to a track where he posted his best speed figure a year ago, the son of No Nay never males plenty of appeal with the booking of Oisin Murphy also seen as a plus.
