The step up to 3 miles brought about the best in RIVERS CORNER and despite a 10lb rise for that emphatic success at Wincanton I can see him following up here.

Sid Hosie is in great form with 2 winners from his last 5 runners and Harry Atkins has already proved himself as good value for his 7lb claim. This horse seems to have stamina in abundance and I think they’ve found the right race for him to try and follow up in.

He is unexposed and looks worth keeping on side. Spitalfield was well backed when only third at Huntingdon but I can see him building on that and he looks the biggest danger.

Of the rest, The Midwife won at Market Rasen and a 5lb rise doesn’t look too taxing so she should be able to get competitive as well stepping up in trip here
