14:02 Lingfield
I’m confident CLOUD COVER should take a bit of beating here. This filly has looked really progressive in recent times and has actually now won 4 of her last 6 starts. She was keen enough at Kempton last time but travelled into it strongly and won pretty much head in chest at the line. She has been put up 7lb for that but remains open to improvement and looks the one to side with once more. Shades Of Summer is a mare I like a lot too and she arrives on a hat-trick so looks the most obvious danger. Her form ties in closely with the selection so it should be a good race between the pair.

Now with George Boughey it would be no surprise to see ELEUTHEROMANIA improve again and open her account. She looked a filly badly in need of the experience when down the field on debut at Newbury and she was given time before that Lingfield run. She stayed on well for second but the winner was already away and gone. That form has been franked since with the winner and third winning since and with the promise of more to come she should have a big shout here. Gemstar is an intriguing debutant and could even emerge as the main danger if ready to roll first time out.
