The defending champion in the Cheltenham Gold Cup, GALOPIN DES CHAMPS has looked in even better form this season, with impressive wins in the Savills and Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown. 

This top-class eight-year-old is one of the best staying chasers of the modern era and there’s every chance he could become a dual winner of this race in the feature race of the week. Willie Mullins’ star performer and dual Cheltenham Festival winner should prove difficult to beat.

He has been backed in 34% of the betslips for the Festival’s flagship race.

Dinoblue

DINOBLUE is an improving mare for Mullins, who finished second last year in the Grand Annual. Since that defeat, she has won four on the trot, including a Grade 1 race in her penultimate start. 

She did little wrong when chasing home stablemate El Fabiolo at the Dublin Racing Festival last time out and that should have put her spot on for this target.

Dinoblue has taken 44% of the bets in the Mares’ Chase.

Emmet Mullins’ seven-year-old ITS ON THE LINE has won his last three starts, including both starts this season, and beat the former winner of this race, Billaway, when last spotted. 

He only found one too good when runner-up in this race 12 months ago and must have every chance of going one better this time around, having done little wrong since.

Its On The Line concludes the final day treble having taken 28% of the bets on the Hunters’ Chase.
