With 3 wins from 4 starts over hurdles SAINT DAVY looks a real improver for Jonjo O’Neill. He is up another 5lb and in a better race but he almost certainly has more to come over this trip and he certainly doesn’t mind it when the mud is flying. His form looks rock solid and I’d have him a bit shorter than the 11/2 on offer at the time of writing. Lord Snootie went down half a length to Cuthbert Dibble at Haydock and that is good form as well so he is the obvious danger in my mind if managing to build on that. White Rhino impressed winning at Cheltenham and was a good third at Huntingdon so is another one who comes here with a good shout.
