I thought YELLOW JACKET was value for more than the half a length winning distance at Bangor last month. He idled once in front and that allowed the runner-up to get closer than he should have. He has only gone up 4lb for that and while this is a tougher race he should be able to strike again off this mark and is worth chancing. I thought he’d be shorter than the 7/2 on offer so definitely a bit of value in that price. Superstylin scored at Lingfield back in November last year and didn’t run badly when third on reappearance. He looks the danger as he should improve on that.

That was a tough ask for HAITI COULEURS at Haydock and he will find this a lot easier. He had run a couple of eye-catching efforts prior to that so with further improvement to come looks the one to beat and no surprise to see him strong in the betting. It’ll be interesting to see what tactics they deploy as there is quite a bit of pace on and he might benefit from taking a lead. Bertie Wooster definitely has the form to have a big say and looks the danger. He lacks a recent run though having not been seen since Sandown back in January. Of the rest Land Genie has a squeak stepping up in trip.
